Foundry St. watermain repair Thursday September 15, 2022

The public works team will be fixing a watermain break on Foundry Street Thursday, September 15, 2022, starting at 8:30 am. Affected areas will be upper Foundry Street from civic address 14-299 Foundry Street. Along with this water break, we will be training new staff so this water break fix could take a bit longer than normal. Thank you for your patience.

Transfer Station Hours Returning to Normal

Town of Oxford Transfer Station Hours - Returning to Regular Hours.
A reminder to all residents that the transfer station will be returning to normal hours on Thursday, September 7, 2022, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Hours will remain as normal for Fridays and Saturdays - 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
It is important that all residents refer to the pdf CJSMA Sorting Guide(132 KB) to set up your own in-home 4-bin or bag system to properly sort your Garbage, Organics, Recyclable Containers and Recyclable Paper products. This is a MUST in order to properly utilize the transfer station and to ensure its longevity. There is good information on the back of the Sorting Guide to assist residents on where to take items that are not accepted at our transfer station.
