What is "Communities in Bloom"?

Communities in Bloom is a Canadian non-profit organization committed to fostering civic pride, environmental responsibility, beautification and to improving quality of life through community participation and the challenge of a national competition. To learn more visit the Communities in Bloom.

A 'guilt-free' organization...

The Oxford group is involved in community beautification by planting flowers, fostering civic pride (i.e. annual community clean up) and developing the Black River Park. We meet once a month to discuss plans and ideas for our community with no pressure put on individuals to attend regularly.
