Watermain Leak - Station Street August 18, 2025

Message from Oxford Public Works:

**Update as of 2:44 PM - The water main leak has been repaired, hydrants are now being flushed.  The street will be opened up within the hour.  

**UPDATE AS OF 1:54 PM - The leak has been located and repairs are being made.

Public Works has learned of a water leak on Station Street and will be responding this morning to repair the leak today, Monday, August 18, 2025.

Estimated time to start the repair is 11:00 AM.

The following areas should expect water service interruptions today Monday, August 18, 2025.

Station Street 

Foundry Street 

Birchwood Road 

Upper Water Street and surrounding areas 

Pleasant Street 

Thompson Road 

and surrounding areas.

Station Street will be closed to local traffic only.
