Public Works is turning on water now. If you do not have water in about 30 minutes, please contact the office and report that at 902-447-2170. Thank you.

11:30 am - Update on Water Break

Public Works has reached the water pipe and the water is turned off.

10:16 am - Update on Water Break

Public Works have not turned off the water as of yet. Be prepared for the water interruption to happen soon.

For those businesses and residents on the South Side of Oxford, you may notice that your water pressure is low. It will remain low until they can fix that tomorrow morning. Public Works have planned to fix a Water Break on Pugwash Road beginning at 8:30 am.

Notice to Oxford Businesses and Residents that work and live close to Waverly Street and streets surrounding that area.

Water Interruptions will begin soon, at approximately 9 am.

There is an unexpected water break that needs to be fixed promptly.

For now, we are unsure how long the water interruption will be, but as the Public Works Department progresses, we will update this post.
