Third quarter water bill notice

It was brought to our attention that the third-quarter water bills had a typographic error on them that resulted in an incorrect rate being displayed.

While your bill is calculated correctly, as per the new UARB Schedule of Rates (Schedule A), that took effect on October 1, 2025, the bills have the incorrect rate displayed of $1.95/1000 gallons.

The new rate, as per the UARB Schedule of Rates that took effect October 1, 2025, is $2.82 / 1000 Gallons. The bill as printed, takes your consumption rate and multiplies that by .00282, giving you the correct consumption charge.

Our application support team has been notified, and the water bill form has been corrected to display the correct rate going forward, rather than being a text box that only our support team could modify upon notification.

Rest assured, your bill is correct, and the new UARB Schedule of Rates for this bill is $2.82 / 1000 Gallons, and the base rate reflects your meter size as per the new Schedule of Rates.
