Notice is hereby given that Oxford Town Council intends to consider second reading and enter into a development agreement to permit the construction of three four-unit townhouses located at 4812 Main Street.

Town Council received an application by Robin Blake for a development agreement to permit the construction of three four-unit townhouses located at 4812 Main Street. The proposed townhouses would join an existing four-unit townhouse (currently under construction) which was approved through the Site Plan Approval Process on April 30th, 2025.

The proposal presents a strong opportunity to generate long-term benefits for the Town of Oxford. This development is aligned with the area’s development potential and is anticipated to attract both new residents and provide more opportunities for businesses to located in Oxford.

Council intends to give second reading at their special town council meeting on Wednesday, June 10, immediately following the Public Hearing scheduled for 6:00 pm in Town Hall Council Chambers, 105 Lower Main Street, Oxford, NS.
